We’ve kept our ingredients simple and we only use the best. Vital wheat gluten or commonly know as ‘seitan’ is at the heart of our fillets and gram for gram often beats meat for protein content.
Our fillets are ready to toss in a fryer or oven cook. Frying takes 4 minutes for a crispy golden coating and 15 minutes in an oven.
