Cooking instructions from chilled - (Defrost in the fridge the night before)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and place the wellington on a baking tray and cook for 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. After 20 minutes cover with foil if pastry starts to brown too much. Ensure the wellington is piping hot all the way through before serving.
